The Ivey Dining Room is winner of the CAA Four Diamond Award and Toronto Life's Dining Guide. A seasonal cuisine showcases the best of Huron County 's Bounty. Our talented team of culinary artisans, skillfully craft all of our breads, pastries, desserts, preserves and sauces with a balance of traditional values and home cooked quality. We are pleased to pair innovative dining with a superb wine list selection. The wine list has been awarded the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence as well as the Ontario VQA Restaurant Award of Excellence.
The Ivey Dining Room is a very comfortable and pleasant place to dine. Expansive windows through the dining room and solarium allow the opportunity for the tumbling waters of Sharpe's Creek to provide natural background music an arm's length out the window and our natural English gardens are alive with perennials and birds all summer long. Benjamin's Patio is a lovely place to dine or to enjoy a refreshment in fine weather. In our valley, protected from winds, a blanket of snow remains on trees, and creates a scene of tremendous beauty and tranquility.
Huron County prides itself on being one of Canada's most fertile food-producing areas and we are blessed with having some of the best purveyors and growers of the finest produce and products in our own backyard. We embrace our local farmers and are proud to feature their products on our menus.
Our dining room welcomes both in-house and outside guests. We are committed to providing a wonderful dining experience. We can satisfy special dietary requirements, including vegetarian requests. Simply advise the dining room staff and they will be glad to accommodate you.
